Our Star Angel is here!

Welcome to Karma's website!

I started this website so that our friends and family could share in our baby's lives whether near or far.  We'll update this site with her pictures, milestones and funny moments.  Maybe some of you will even see pictures of yourself with Karma in here -- consider this fair warning that any picture you take with her could end up on this site : )

Update on October 20, 2004

Recent Milestones: She understands basically everything we say now and follows instructions.  She can identify herself ('baby'), mama, bala, mola and pola if asked where they are.  She can identify her favourite TV characters.  She asks for food/drinks when she wants them by pointing to them or going to the fridge.  She'll twirl like a ballerina if you ask her to.  We're slowly toilet training her.  She'll just sit on the toilet for like 5 minutes but nothing usually happens.
Recent words spoken: She says "thay thoo" which means there it is.  But her favourite word is "mama" which she seems to call almost any female as well as her real mama.  She says bear, 'kee' (dog), quack, baby, no, and she copies words and sounds sometimes but may not say them again for awhile.
Favourite food: Ramen noodles, bran flakes and oh no, ice cream!
Hated food: Basically any kind of vegetable (unfortunately no change).
Favourite Book: Treasured Tales - a book of fairy tales.
Favourite activity: Making a mess with all her toys.
Favourite TV show: She really likes Bear in the Big Blue House.
Funny Moment: She thinks its really funny to knock off our glasses off our faces.
Favourite toy: The TV!!!!!
